I believe mighty griffin is a celestial grand summoner unlock, you unlock a lot of summons through the summoner class line, to get the first one complete a couple of T7 quests for the Chorus NPC and you will get the T7 class for free and further tiers for orns. Off the top of my head, I'd say that they should entirely remove the summoning turn cost and just have summon spells have a restriction of 2/3/4/spell list as you get the different tiered versions, with the summons all automatically out.
